1. The online store .DELIKATESIK sells via the Internet. Orders are accepted by the website. Www.delikatesik.eu.
2. All products / services offered in the .DELIKATESIK store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
3. All prices on www.delikatesik.eu are gross prices (including VAT). Binding to the parties to the transaction is the price displayed next to the product at the time the order was placed by the customer.
5. We deliver ordered goods via courier companies. The buyer is charged for delivery specified in the delivery price list.
6. The following payment methods are possible:
o Cash on delivery - cash on delivery.
Shipments are delivered by courier after the delivery date has been agreed.
16. The information on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The customer placing an order using the mechanisms available on the website of the store, makes an offer to buy specific goods on the conditions specified in the product description. The moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement occurs during the written confirmation of receipt of the goods by the customer on the consignment's waybill.
